ThrivePilot Service Agreement

Plain English. One page. This is the whole deal.

1. Who this is between

This agreement is between Web Ventures LLC ("we", "ThrivePilot") and you, the customer signing up. By checking the agreement box on the signup form and completing checkout, you accept these terms.

2. What you get

You pick one plan, billed monthly:

  • Starter — $75/month (list price $149): 12 posts a month for Facebook & Instagram, review replies written in your voice, your Google listing kept fresh, a monthly checkup, and a plain-English monthly report.
  • Growth — $175/month (list price $349): everything in Starter, plus 20+ posts a month with promotion ideas, 5 competitors watched, one ready-to-run promotion every month, the monthly fix (one stuck spot improved, before-and-after shown), and a monthly website fix-it list.
  • Premium — $375/month (list price $749): everything in Growth, plus a 90-day game plan rebuilt every 3 months, one page built to sell your best offer, and seasonal campaign planning.

Launch-sale pricing is locked in: your rate stays the same as long as your subscription stays active.

3. Billing

Your plan is a month-to-month subscription, billed automatically each month through our secure checkout (Square). Your term starts the day your first payment clears and renews each month until you cancel. If a payment fails, we'll let you know and pause the work until billing is sorted out.

4. Cancel anytime

You can cancel whenever you want — reply to any email from us or cancel in your Square receipt. Service runs to the end of the month you've paid for. There are no cancellation fees and no partial-month refunds. Everything we created for you is yours to keep.

5. Nothing posts without your approval

Every post, reply, and listing change comes to you first. Nothing goes up under your business name unless you say so. Weekly content arrives in one email (usually Monday) for approval; the monthly report shows everything done.

6. What we need from you

About 30 minutes a month: approve the week's content, glance at the monthly report, answer the odd question. Where we need access (for example, as a manager on your Google listing or Facebook page), we use the official invite process — you grant it, and you can revoke it anytime. We never ask for your passwords.

7. Honest limits

We promise the work — posts every week, reviews answered, competitors watched, a clear report every month. No honest company can promise a specific number of new customers, and we don't. If either side abuses the relationship (spam, harassment, illegal content), the other side can end the agreement immediately.

8. Liability

We're a marketing service, not an insurer. If something goes wrong on our end, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the month the problem happened.

9. Changes to this agreement

If we update these terms, the new version applies to new signups from its effective date. Your existing subscription keeps the terms you agreed to unless you switch plans.

10. Talk to a human
